LACoN GIVING VOICE TO THE VOICELESS IN EKITI STATE.

 Before High Court 3 Ado Ekiti Hon . Ogunmoye J upheld LACoN’s no case submission in the charge HAD/42c/2023. The State vs Abdullah Musa, Abdullah Ali, Abdullah Suleiman and the juvenile Abdullah Audu were all alleged for conspiracy, kidnapping and armed robbery. The information was filed on the 2/3/23 where the prosecution called three witnesses and close it case. The court held that 2nd to 4th defendants were merely arrested in lieu of their father Abdullah Baraje which the law frowns at and no shred of evidence linking them up with the alleged offences and be discharged while the 1st defendant Abdullah Musa be called upon to enter his defence. The defendants having been in custody since 6/6/22.
