LacoN Lagos State held a meeting with Lagos Attorney -General

The Legal Aid Council’s Lagos Office led by Mrs Iyabo Akingbade the State Coordinator had a meeting with the AG of Lagos State with other stakeholders in the PDSS( Police Duty Solicitor’s Service)along with head of the DSN Bayo Akinlade Esq( Duty Solicitor’s Network) which started as an off shoot from the Legal Aid Council PDSS. The meeting took place today on the 5th of December 2023, PDSS is program initiated by the Legal Aid Council of Nigerian to help in decongesting the over ladened prisons nationwide and to do so they have also engage the collaboration of the DSN and other organizations with similar agenda for a more efficient and maximum output.Therefore,this meeting was crucial to the free flow of this duty solicitors as well as the eradication of observed obstacles in carrying out this duties.
