LACON GIVING VOICE TO THE VOICELESS IN EKITI STATE

Today the Ekiti High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti before Hon. CJ of Ekiti the information dated and filed on the 15th day of January 2022. The prosecution called 5 witnesses and tendered 6 exhibits. Each of the defendants testified without calling any further witnesses, and both counsels closed their case and adjourned for address. The defendants’ final address was dated and filed on 6/9/24 and adopted on 25/10/24. Today the court finds the testimonies of witnesses incredible and lacking in merit to be used to convict and sentence the defendants and acquit and discharge the duo.
